Professional Background

Denise Brohoski has been a top broker in the Portland Market specializing in advising clients of all aspects of Tenant and Landlord representation, as well as Buyer and Seller representation of Commercial Real Estate including Medical space, Office, Retail, Industrial, and Multi Family. Having this unique transactional experience, Denise’s approach includes a perspective of understanding a multitude of issues that arise during a negotiation that most Brokers cannot provide.

Prior to starting her own company, Commercial Real Estate NW, a partnership with KW Commercial, Denise spent 14 years with Norris and Stevens, a leader in the commercial real estate market, as well as Benco, a boutique commercial real estate company. While at these companies, Denise was consistently recognized as a top performer.

Denise’s vision of what the cornerstones of a Commercial Real Estate company should look like has been realized through Commercial Real Estate NW. CRENW takes pride in their diligent approach of completing a transaction through gaining an understanding of their clients’ needs. Mick Griep

Mick Griep brings his enthusiasm and motivation to excel on the Commercial Real Estate NW team as our Associate Commercial Real Estate Broker. Mick received his license in 2018 and has been quickly gaining a reputation for providing clients with phenomenal customer service and attention to detail throughout the buy/sell/leasing process. Mick is dedicated to providing a superior level of service that makes each of his transactions as successful and seamless as possible.

Prior to working for Commercial Real Estate NW, Mick gained the experience and skills necessary for taking a proactive approach to accomplishing goals. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has continued to value knowledge by taking courses to advance his real estate skills.

Alyssa Murphy

Transaction Coordinator

Alyssa is our Transaction Coordinator whose primary function is to support our brokers with a myriad of detail work that goes on behind the scenes of a transaction, which in turn allows our brokers to focus on what they do best – negotiate the best possible deal on our clients behalf. She joined the Commercial Real Estate NW team in 2018 and is eager to grow her career in real estate. Her other responsibilities include billing, cutting edge marketing & social media, setting up tours, and document management for deal compliance. Alyssa is highly attuned to the time sensitivity of real estate requirements and continually works to ensure a smooth transactional flow throughout the entire leasing, selling, or purchasing process.

Prior to joining Commercial Real Estate NW, Alyssa worked as a Paralegal with a private law firm in New Mexico. It was during her time there, that she became proficient in organizing client documentation and providing a high level of detailed support.

Alyssa graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. She has enjoyed volunteering at animal shelters for many years and has recently joined Rotary International.


Team Dog

Keeta was born in Wisconsin and loves the cold weather, playing with other dogs, and going for long walks in the park - especially when it is wet and muddy! She lives with her dad, Mick, who loves to take her on adventures. Her best days are spent at work with her favorite team of humans at Commercial Real Estate NW. They don’t know it yet, but one day she will be the first dog to be a licensed broker and help many other paw people buy, sell, and lease commercial real estate! Only dog friendly buildings will be considered.
