Denise Brohoski is +20 year veteran Principal Broker with extensive expertise in commercial real estate, specializing in both Tenant and Landlord representation, as well as Buyer and Seller representation. Serving clients across diverse asset classes—including medical office, retail, industrial, office, land and multi-family properties—Denise brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to each transaction. Her comprehensive experience allows her to navigate complex negotiations with a unique perspective, ensuring successful outcomes for her clients from all sides of the deal.
Prior to founding Commercial Real Estate NW, Denise gained valuable experience working with industry-leading firms, where she consistently ranked as a top performer. Her track record reflects her in-depth knowledge of the Portland market and her ability to drive results for her clients.
As the owner of Commercial Real Estate NW, Denise established a firm grounded in the principles of client-first service, integrity, and dedication. Under her leadership, the CRENW team focuses on creating tailored solutions for each client through strategic planning, market expertise, and consistent communication. Denise and her husband enjoy travel, gardening, cooking, entertaining, hiking and many other activities. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Commercial Association of Realtors, Rotary International, and LeTip International.
Mick is an enthusiastic and trusted Associate Commercial Real Estate Broker at Commercial Real Estate NW. After obtaining his license in 2018, Mick quickly gained a reputation for providing clients with phenomenal customer service and attention to detail throughout the buy/sell/leasing process. Mick works side by side with his clients ensuring full understanding of their goals and objectives and works diligently to make sure their Commercial Real Estate needs are fulfilled. When searching for clients, Mick brings the utmost care and urgency to find the location best suited for the business to succeed.
Prior to working for Commercial Real Estate NW, Mick gained the experience and skills necessary for taking a proactive approach to accomplishing goals. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and continues to invest in his professional development by taking courses to advance his real estate skills
Marissa was born in the Pacific NW where she has a long family history in the Pacific NW. She graduated with a B.S. in Molecular Biology from Portland State University. With a broad background in business, science, production and real estate management, Marissa gravitated to commercial real estate where she offers a tactical approach and brings a level of professionalism in which she can easily relate to both business owners and landlords alike.
Marissa was first licensed with a local boutique firm where she trained for two years, then spent three more years with the largest locally owned full-service commercial brokerage in Oregon. Marissa specializes in both leasing and sales across all asset classes and enjoys the team-based environment at Commercial Real Estate NW. She uses problem solving expertise and strong people skills to help clients achieve their financial goals with both short and long-term perspectives in mind.

Andrea joins the team as our talented Project Manager whose primary responsibility is supporting our brokers with a myriad of details behind the scenes work of every commercial transaction. This world-class support allows our brokers to stay focused on negotiating the best possible deal for our clients.
Andrea joined the team in 2023 and has hit the ground running with her natural attunement to the time sensitivity of real estate requirements. She obtained her bachelor's degree at Texas Tech University and has been a licensed real estate broker for over 20 years. This wealth of experience allows Andrea to ensure a smooth transaction flow throughout deals, while managing a multitude of other responsibilities, including billing, arranging tours, document management for deal compliance, marketing development, vendor and partner management, social media and website content support, and more!

Mike transitioned from a successful career in technology and joined CRENW as a Business Development Manager. In his new role, Mike is focused on the identification of new market opportunities by developing robust and successful business plans and proposals that secure new revenue streams and long-term relationships with partners and clients.
After spending 40 years in the technology industry in various roles such as Software Engineer, Project Manager, Field Applications Engineer, Sales Manager, Global Account Manager, and Market Development Manager Mike has gained a tremendous amount of experience across multiple disciplines, especially during his 22 years with Intel. He has a proven track record of developing and executing strategies that leads to win-win-win outcomes with partners and clients, that are transferable across industries.
As an owner and investor in office and multi-family real estate, he has firsthand experience with the needs of buyers, sellers, and peer investors as well as the management of these properties. This helps him keep a realistic perspective on the objectives and goals for commercial investments. He looks forward to applying his strengths and his passion for people to develop strategies and connect clients in need of commercial real estate and commercial property management services.

Meghan Brohoski
Social Media Specialist
Meghan is our Social Media Specialist who is the face behind our social channels on LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Facebook, and Instagram. She creates, distributes and manages our digital marketing platforms to ensure each listing is effectively marketed to the right audience. Her natural pulse for consumer behavior paired with her data driven approach to marketing allows her to create and implement effective cross-functional marketing strategies. Meghan keeps our company to stay top of mind by consistently sharing high-quality and relevant content across our platforms. This in turn strengthens our thought leadership in Commercial Real Estate and increases our digital footprint. Meghan is dedicated to leveraging social media to help us market our listings, engage with clients, and connect with the Portland community.
Outside of Commercial Real Estate NW, Meghan works full time as a Marketing Programs Manager in San Diego. She has run two half-marathons and is a member of Toastmasters.

Keeta
Team Dog
Keeta was born in Wisconsin and loves the cold weather, playing with other dogs, and going for long walks in the park - especially when it is wet and muddy! She lives with her dad, Mick, who loves to take her on adventures. Her best days are spent at work with her favorite team of humans at Commercial Real Estate NW. They don’t know it yet, but one day she will be the first dog to be a licensed broker and help many other paw people buy, sell, and lease commercial real estate! Only dog friendly buildings will be considered.
