The property management at the location I selected was difficult to work with but Denise kept at them until we were finally able to secure a lease that was agreeable to both parties. Denise is very personable, knowledgeable and she has excellent follow through which is a necessity in her line of business. I also appreciate how easy she is to work with.

Denise is our hero.  She helped broker a very elaborate, and very long-winded, arrangement between our organization and the owner of the building we're now currently leasing.  The process involved getting the city coding changed in the building so we could use it for our specific (childcare) purpose - architects, inspectors, electricians, plumbers, etc.  We learned so much about the process (and how slow Portland works) and would not be where we are today without her.
