Denise is the master of office leases in Downtown, Portland. I do not know another broker in town who is as outgoing, driven, and knowledgeable about her market then her. If she doesn't know something about a building she will do the research to get the answer, often coming up with interesting stories on its history and the past tenants that occupied it.
