Mick Griep and his team helped me launch my business through first listening and understanding how I wanted my property to function for my concierge healthcare clinic. I'll start by saying that Commercial Real Estate NW is amazing - collectively as a team and as individuals, they held our hand through the entire process, pushed us when we needed it, and cautioned us on stuff when we were over our skis. They have the team that can help you sublease current space, find a new building, lease out said building, and they have a great network of resource providers they've curated, which you'll need, especially if this is your first CRE adventure! Communication is also key throughout the process, and whether I had a question during the day, or in the evening on the weekend, they were always there for us. My only criticism? That they may be too responsive (sometimes I just wanted to leave a voicemail)! They were always there for us, especially during crunch time as closing neared. Denise, Mick, Alyssa, all played an integral role in our most recent transactions. I wouldn't do it again with anyone else. They seemed genuinely committed to us succeeding, where a lot of CRE teams are about getting a deal done.
